Duration: 1 hour and a half
The EuroCham Agribusiness Committee held its first meeting of the year on 20 January, led by Chairman Eugene Kraamwinkel and Vice-Chair Rajiv Pradhan.
A key focus is making acro-ecology processes more sustainable and improving soil fertility, which is also on the agenda of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Cambodia Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Intensification Consortium (CASIC).
In this context, the committee will host at least two events this year to provide updates on the agriculture sector. The committee is also discussing potential recommendations for the White Book, EuroCham’s flagship policy recommendation book, related to banned substances in the sector, reaching international standards, and the outlining the sector’s future.
