On Monday 22 July, the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction (MLMUPC) met with the private sector to discuss key developments in the real estate and construction sector.
📔 The meeting covered updates on land registration processes, advancements in public services for construction, recent regulations implemented by the Ministry, and their vision for achieving a land dispute-free environment in Cambodia.
The MLMUPC emphasised three core principles driving their efforts: finalizing land registration, enhancing service delivery, and promoting a dispute-free land environment.
🤝 Notably, the meeting reaffirmed the MoU between EuroCham and MLMUPC as the Ministry addressed each recommendation outlined in EuroCham’s Real Estate & Construction Chapter.
The ministry welcomed ongoing input from the private sector, particularly regarding the development of regulations for measurements and building standards.
