HR Forum brings experts and government together to “sustain success.”
The EuroCham HR Forum 2025, held on March 7 at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, was an outstanding event that gathered HR professionals, business leaders, and government officials.
Focused on the theme “Sustaining Success,” the forum aimed to explore strategies for maintaining organisational efficiency after initial success.
The event featured keynotes from Victor Boissel (Keenetik), Caroline Bougon Sirieix (Cambodia Airports), and Vijay Allaham (True North Lean), who shared insights on workplace efficiency, HR best practices, and continuous improvement. H.E. Mrs. Sovann Vannaroth, Permanent Secretary of State at the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, also provided key updates on labour laws and government initiatives.
Panel discussions on optimising HR processes and building strong organisational cultures featured experts from Maersk, JTI Cambodia, and CoGen Consulting. Attendees had the chance to network and engage in meaningful conversations.
